With more than 50 clinics across the nation, Chiro One provides the convenience of care close to home and accepts many insurances, which helps lower patients’ cost of care.

Design & Development

One of the chief goals we had with the design was to portray the friendliness and vibrance of Chiro One’s clinics, incorporating a handwritten-style typeface and using a healthy dose of the brand’s bright greens. Another priority was reducing the number of pages and the length of the content in order to communicate their value proposition more succinctly to consumers.

Part of the strategy for increasing new patients and supporting the company’s growing nationwide presence was to structure each clinic location’s page in an informative, easy-to-digest format that is friendly to users and search engines alike. Features such as reviews and chiropractor bios add individualized detail that is key to the decision to make an appointment.

Those receiving treatment at Chiro One clinics enjoy the fellowship and support of a diverse range of fellow chiropractic patients on their journey to a more pain-free life. Incorporating an Instagram feed into the Patient Community page helps users envision the experience of being a patient and authenticates the website’s messaging about the benefits of chiropractic care.

One of the goals for the website was to educate prospective patients on how Chiro One clinics address common health issues. As part of that effort, the interactive graphic on this page engages curious users and reveals explanatory content, including videos, when the buttons are clicked.

It was key for the new website to connect with potential patients on a personal level in addition to communicating the company’s capabilities. The Our Story page features a message, displayed as a printed letter adorned with a sticky note, written by Chiro One’s founder that describes his path to chiropractic and the company’s guiding principles.
